James Gannage has worked in the IT and Communications industry for almost 15 years. Having previously worked as an Engineering Technician for a Military Research and Development company for 6 years. James’ sharp engineering minded approach, uncommon to the IT Industry, is unparalleled to solve current issues in an outside the box mindset. Christine Gannage, Office Manager

Meet our Bookkeeper (and James’s mom), Christine Gannage!

James comes from a family full of entrepreneurs and we suspect Christine had a big influence on all of her sons going into business for themselves. Besides having a 40-year career as a dental hygienist, Christine has done the books for her husband Robert’s Real Estate Brokerage firm, and now 2 of her 3 son’s businesses as well!

Mathew Nishi, Apprentice Technician

Mat comes to us by way of Cuesta College where he just graduated with an AA in Computer Engineering. Growing up, Mat and his brother always shared an interest in computers and technology. A professor at Cuesta recommended Mat to GTS and connected him with James.

During an average workweek, Mat will be offering help desk support at the office as well as doing new computer installs offsite!

Kaitlin Brooks, Website Manager

Kaitlin has been building and managing websites, designing graphics and logos, search engine optimization, and marketing small businesses since 2013.

She joined GTS in 2020 and has a passion for helping businesses reach their full potential.
